I had an amazing opportunity to attend the Utah Vision Gala for the Taylor Hagen Memorial Foundation last night in Salt Lake City at the Grand America Hotel. What an incredible organization dedicated to mental health and su***de prevention! This is a large problem nationwide, but especially here in Utah. It was sobering to see how many were there to honor and remember Taylor or someone they knew.

I was thrilled to see this package donated to the silent auction by Dr Brandon Lawrence, an orthopedic spine surgeon- such a creative thing for a doctor to do! I hope to create something to donate next year.

It's been awhile since I've posted, but I'm still here! I will be converting my web page over to just my page here by January 1st. I've been doing individual boxes by request: you choose your frequency, tell me your budget, and I send a box! Everything is individually designed. Boxes ship ~the 7th of each month. Healthcare workers don't always agree on everything, but the one thing we CAN agree on is this: if patients are struggling with putting groceries on their table, few other things will matter-including their own health. If you are planning on making a donation to your local food bank, consider helping out and supporting the friendly competition HEALTHCARE WORKERS VS HUNGER!

We created Team and we are hoping that anyone who has lost a healthcare worker to su***de will donate in that persons' name. Not only do we want to increase donations to local food banks, but we want to increase awareness of the impact HCW su***de has on our families, our patients, our colleagues, future research & trainees, and overall public health. We need EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!

Wow, it has been a long time since I posted! I've always stunk at marketing and 2023 has been an "interesting" year. That being said, it is time to treat the healthcare worker (or student) in your life to a gift! We've dropped our prices and we're sending what you need the most: SNACKS and NOTES!
