Week 2 Trimsulin Bingo Bash ✅
Gains: exercise and self talk were better & easier
Struggles: H20 this week (better planning for times away from home needed)& ate less veggies
I gained .4 lbs but lost 1.6 inches and can feel it in my legs

FEELING GREAT!!!
9 years ago I was introduced to FirstFitness Nutrition.. I won 2nd place in a nationwide weight loss contest and went on to lose 25 pounds. Fast forward a few years we moved back to Pa.. me being unhappy fell into rut after rut.. gained all that I lost.
LAST WEEK I JOIN THE TEAM TRANT TRIMSULIN BINGO and decided to hold myself accountable again and get back on track!!! We have a private support group. Weekly challenges and daily encouragement! I am forever grateful for the 4 fabulous ladies that are running this Bingo. I am not perfect. But I am a work in progress and seeing success!!

Week 1 ✅
Down 2.2 lbs and 2.3 inches (scale has weird measuring app)

Things I learned:
I still don’t LOVE water but if you weigh less you have to drink less 😝

Take time for YOU!! Your mental health matters and is key to success.

17 years ago this morning our Mara Jade was born. She continues to inspire us to be more creative. She laughs at the simple things and see the world differently than many of us. She called last night with her birthday buddy on the trip.. it sounds like NOLA is a blast! This morning they are doing a service project and then hopefully she will have some time to relax on the hotels rooftop pool before the gathering events. Happiest of all birthdays, MJ!! .17
