The first step is to understand what kind of pain it is and why we have it. There are three types of headaches.

The most common is caused by muscle tension from contractions between the head and neck regions 💥

After having a stroke he could not remember how to play instruments, couldn't raise his arm, had diabetic blood sugar levels, and gained a significant amount of weight.

His blood sugar is back to normal, he is down to a weight of 185 lbs, and is back playing with his Rolling Stones cover band!
