In these painful and heavy times, remember to:

1) consume with intention, avoid rabbit holes that send you in a tailspin or keep you enraged

2) ground yourself with some sort of spiritual practice (whatever centers you regardless of faith or non faith)

3) make yourself useful by helping others or supporting causes in your community. Helping others makes hope tangible.

4) experience and delight in joy whenever possible. It is necessary for survival so don’t drown in your sorrow. You are more than your suffering.
