A soft reminder for YOU 🫵🏼

Life doesn’t need to feel calm, clean, or figured out to be beautiful.

Motherhood has been showing me that plans shift, days unravel, and things get messy — and none of that takes away from the magic. There is a whole lot of beauty in searching for what keeps you grounded and present and learning to pivot and just move on (& forward).

I’m learning that the most meaningful moments aren’t always the big ones (in Mom talk, the milestones)… they’re tucked into the in-between. The quiet, ordinary, imperfect parts.

The giggles in between the tired tears.
The smell of the pancakes and coffee in the sleepy mornings.
The warm shower after a busy day.

I’m learning that pausing — even for one deep breath — can change the whole moment.

My goodness, SLOW DOWN. I have to and I’m sure that you have to too!

You can feel tired and joyful.
Overstimulated and grateful.
Messy and still so beautiful.

Two things can be true at once.

Let your life be messy and unpolished and real and chaotic and wonderful and happy and uncertain and beautiful and peaceful.

Ahhhhhh, what a magical life it is to be able to appreciate it all.

31 feels like stepping into a new level of myself.
This past year taught me that growth doesn’t always look loud… sometimes it’s quiet, steady, and happening behind the scenes.

I learned to trust timing even when it doesn’t make sense.
To breathe through the unknown.
To show up for the version of me I’m still building and getting to know.
To let go of what drains me and protect what lights me up because time is nonrefundable.
To appreciate the tiny, ordinary moments because that’s where life is actually happening.
And I learned how much your circle truly matters — because the right people don’t wait for the perfect moment… they show up, stand close, and cheer hard. & that’s exactly how my crew works. 💓

Here’s to 31 — more peace, more joy, more intention, more alignment, more growth. ✨

Since becoming a mom, I’ve realized my self-talk isn’t just about me anymore. Little ears, little eyes — they catch it all.
So I’m trading “I can’t” for “I’ll try,” and “I’m tired of this” for “I’m grateful I get to.”

No, I’m not perfect. Yes, JUST this morning my husband called me out for being mean about my post baby body.

It’s not about perfection, it's about awareness & choosing to be better!

Because the way we speak to ourselves becomes the way they’ll speak to themselves.

Here are 3 ways to shift your self-talk (for you + everyone around you):

1. Catch it: Notice the words you use — especially when you’re frustrated or tired. Awareness is everything.

2. Flip it: Replace criticism with compassion — what would you say to your best friend (or your kiddos)?

3. Surround yourself wisely: Keep people close who remind you to talk gently to yourself — their energy sets the tone too. ✨

And in case you need the reminder today — you’re a rockstar. 💕 Add THAT one to your self talk tool kit. ;)

You’re not stuck — you’re holding the pen.
Every day, you get to write a little more of who you are. 📝

As a first-time mom, I’m learning in real time. Some days I feel like I’ve got it, other days it’s diapers, coffee, and hoping for the best. But that’s the story — and I’m here for it! 👏🏼

Here are 3 small but powerful ways I’m learning to take control and show up as me:

1️⃣ Set boundaries that feel like self-respect
Your energy is limited. Protect it like it’s gold — because it is.

2️⃣ Talk to yourself like someone who matters
You wouldn’t tear down your best friend. Don’t do it to you. Be kind. Be honest. Be on your own team.

3️⃣ Take one bold step a day
It doesn’t have to be huge — just yours. Put on the outfit. Say the thing. Make the call. Show up.

This isn’t about getting it perfect. It’s about showing up, claiming your space, and writing a life that actually feels like you! 🫵🏼

Being a first-time mom is the most beautiful kind of whirlwind. It’s no sleep, cold coffee, and googling things at 2am… but also first smiles, tiny stretches, and these slow, quiet moments that sneak up on you.
⁣
It’s easy to miss the magic when you’re just trying to keep up and you know, just figure it all out! But when I do pause — even for a second — I realize: it’s all here. The beauty. The meaning. The sacred little ordinary things.
⁣
No matter what chapter of life you’re in, here are 3 simple things that help me stay grounded and present (even in the mess) so I can see the magic in the simple things (& so can you!):
⁣
1. Take one deep breath before moving on. Doesn’t solve everything, but it brings me back to ME!

2. Put the phone down + look up. What’s one thing around you that’s beautiful right now? (Yes, baby spit up counts 🤪.)

3. Narrate your moment. “I’m standing in the kitchen, holding my baby, the sun is coming through the window.” That’s it. That’s enough.

The days are long, but they’re layered with so much love. The magic is always there — we just have to slow down enough to see it. ✨

Whether you’re in your new mom era or not, always remember there is so much beauty around us no matter how a mess you feel! 🩵

Here are 3 sweet + simple ways to actually make it happen (even on blah days):

1 Schedule it – Put a “me time” date on your calendar. Even 15 minutes counts!

2. Stack it – Pair something you already do (like morning coffee) with a feel-good habit (like deep breaths or a quick journal check-in).

3. Simplify it – One tiny thing: a cozy shower, a stretch in your sweats, or your favorite playlist on repeat.

No pressure, just presence. You’re doing better than you think!

☁️ How am I feeling? → Do a quick vibe check & journal it out if needed.

💧 Am I hydrated enough? → Sip some water, maybe even in a cute cup for ✨aesthetic✨ purposes.

🥑 Have I eaten regularly & healthily? → Grab a snack that actually fuels you (yes, coffee counts… kinda).

💛 Have I been kind to myself & others? → Hype yourself up like you would your bestie!
