Our RNs provide comprehensive medication reconciliation, education, coordination and management with seniors, their family members, MD's and pharmacists. Whether you live independently in a private residence or within an ALF, our flat rate in-home services are designed to relieve medication confusion, encourage medication compliance and promote a team partnership between the family and all healthcare providers and professionals. If you have family members or friends residing in South Florida, full time or "snowbirds", we're ready to help. We collaborate with home health agencies, case managers, guardians, caregivers and all those that truly care about out senior population.
