The Hollywood face can be fantastic. It is basically using filler to enhance the face to create sharp angles and volume loss. However, they should be done in stages to avoid a dramatic change and it requires a lot of vials of fillers, so it can be expensive. I suggest stages so that it is less expensive and also gives them more subtle change overtime.
