For over 20 years, I have dedicated my life to teaching yoga, Pilates, barre, and fitness. During that time, I have worked with people of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds—from beginners taking their very first class to professional athletes performing at the highest level. I have also helped clients recover from and work around a wide range of injuries, always adapting movement to meet each individual where they are.

My credentials are built on decades of study and hands-on experience. Beyond teaching classes, I have trained yoga instructors and practitioners around the world, both online and in person. Education has never been a one-time achievement for me—it is a lifelong commitment to mastering movement and understanding the body.

I worked my ass off to earn every certification, every opportunity, and every accomplishment in my career. None of this happened overnight. It took years of hard work, sacrifice, discipline, dedication, and grit to build the knowledge and expertise that I have today.

When I see influencers presenting themselves as experts after only a few weekend certifications—or simply because they look fit—I can’t help but roll my eyes. What many people don’t see are the countless hours of study, practice, and real-world teaching experience required to become truly qualified.

I have immense respect for the professionals who do it the right way—those who put in the work, commit to continuing education, and truly earn their seat at the table.

At 45 years old, I am proud to say that I have remained consistent in my health and wellness lifestyle throughout my entire adult life. I have maintained my physique naturally—without supplements, weight-loss medications, or bodybuilding drugs.

My greatest credential is not just the certifications on my wall, but the decades of knowledge, integrity, and passion that I bring to every class I teach.

Using the kettlebell, we flowed through a Squat to Behind-the-Head Windmill—a powerful full-body combination that challenged mobility, strength, and stability all at once.

As we lowered into the squat, we activated the glutes and legs. Transitioning into the windmill with the kettlebell positioned behind the head, we opened the chest, lengthened the hamstrings and inner thighs, and strengthened the shoulders, obliques, and core. This movement demands both control and flexibility, making it a true test of functional fitness.
