A Healthy Mind For You, Inc. A full service psychology practice. My name is Dr. Janné Lomasky, Licensed Psychologist (affectionately referred to as Dr. J).

I am the Founder of A Healthy Mind For You, Inc. A core piece of why I have been inspired to develop my Psychology Program known as Power movement is because of my involvement and extensive background in dance since I was a young girl, (dancing with Martha Graham, dance companies and international competitions at Carnegie hall). In those years, I found in myself, and others, how movement is a profound way of expressing emotions, and allowing to release and even extinguish them, rather than keeping painful or unhealthy things stuck in our mind or body. I clearly recognized how movement can be such a powerful therapy in and of itself, however combined with my knowledge and expertise in psychology the two make for effective therapeutic life change, Wellness and Success. My Power Movement Program works at a multi sensory level and this allows me to help people get life changing results.
