20 Minutes is all you need to start!

No Gym Needed. Stop with the excuses.

Everyone should have a pair of dumbbells at home.

After you're properly warmed up, do each exercise for 30-50 seconds. Rest as needed.

Can't do Vups, do crunches or sit-ups.

Pay attention to your form, make sure it's perfect.

Start with some bodyweight squats, walking lunges, high knees and arm circles.

Busy Men over 40 here’s 3 simple tips to fight fat and get fit.

1-Do Full Body Workouts 3x a week. The more muscles worked means more calories are burned at rest.

2-Try Fasted Cardio...Get up 20 min earlier and do short forms of exercise on an empty stomach 2-3 x a week.

3-Alcohol...Alcohol isn't good for one damn thing! If you're going to have a couple of beers, save it for a special occasion.
