When you’re eating the healthy foods, you don’t need to obsess over calories. Focus on taking in good, quality meals and snacks and your body will find its happy weight. My recommendation is Whole Foods eating which just means eating foods in as whole and natural a state as possible. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean clean meats. I’ve launched a meal planning program to help take the guesswork out of weekly dinners. Every Friday, you’ll receive the menu for the upcoming week and recipes already vetted for health and tested for tastiness 😍 it’s VERY economical and I’ve had good feedback with the clients who have beta tested it for me.
