Hip Thrust - lighter weight for reps w/pauses
DB RDL - heavy sets
Prone Hamstring Curl - heavy sets
Cable Glute Kickback - high reps
Smith Machine Squat - heavy set & light set for reps
Always control the weight throughout the rep and think about the muscle that’s working. That kind muscle connection is a real thing 😊
