Week 1 of Slim-V down.
Here's my day 7 update.
Let's be honest here, my schedule is NOT my own. Little Man does what he wants, I'm just along for the ride. I stepped on the scale a little later in the day today than last week.

The only major difference I had in my daily routine was the inclusion of drinking about 72-90 ounces of water a day. There wasn't a significant increase in physical activity.

Weight: 305.8lbs (up 2.2)

Midsection: 48in (down 3)

Many of you who know me, personally, know I'm a pretty big dude. As of right now, I'm totally rocking the "dadbod" and am close to being the heaviest I've ever been.

This month, Joiya released Slim-V, a weight management product full of green tea, ginseng, and vitamin B12 to help support metabolism.

I advocate all of Joiya's products not just because I'm in the business, but because I have, personally, gotten results with so many of the products I use.
