Question: Do you used 3D ultrasound for anything besides looking at cute baby faces?
Answer: YES!!!

Here is an example for you. These images were taken using 3D technology to demonstrate the shape and contents of the uterus. The first shows a normal endometrium, lining of the uterus, and normal density of the myometrium, muscle layer of the uterus.
The second image demonstrates the endometrium but you can also see little structures outside of the endometrium that have the same echo texture, brightness, as the endometrium. You can also see how dark the myometrium looks in comparison to the previous image. This is showing what’s called adenomyosis, infiltration of endometrium into the muscle layer of the uterus.

This technology is truly amazing not only for the bonding experiences you can have before your baby is born but also for the incredible diagnostic tool that it is!

Meet Jessica! (This is Lacy doing an intro for Jess because she’s amazing and I want you all to know it!)

Jess is an business woman, ultrasound technologist, interior designer, artist, and the list goes on. With all of these hats she always makes time for her most important love, her family! She is an amazing wife and mother to her two beautiful girls.

When I first met Jess I was still a baby tech, you aren’t considered a grown up tech until you have been scanning for at least 5 years. Jess was and is an amazing mentor. Her love and passion for what she does is inspiring! Whenever I want to learn a new scanning protocol she is right there with me!

I could not be happier knowing when our patients come to see us they will be getting the best care from this amazing lady!

Our new see your baby anytime fliers have arrived ! Love being able to offer elective ultrasound in addition to our physician ordered scans. Our focus is always diagnostic but there is something about being able to share additional scans with patients for peace of mind and additional bonding. Pregnancy can be stressful and if seeing your baby is what you need, we are here for you !
