Thrive Community Services, LLC

Thrive Community Services, LLC As our new vision has taken shape, we have moved to a unifying name and are now Trivium Life Services. At Trivium, we are here to help you move forward.

Formerly known as Trivium Life Services, Thrive Community Services provides community-based behavioral health and supportive services designed to meet people where they are and strengthen stability over time. When Crossroads of Western Iowa, Recovery 4 Life, and A New Path came together, we expanded our mission, increased our resources, and strengthened our services. Whether you are seeking supported community living, outpatient services, or weekly counseling sessions, our holistic approach to services will help you reach your goals. Our mission is simple: Creating Hope. Empowering Lives. Inspiring Communities. We achieve this mission by serving those who are looking for help but haven’t yet had their needs met. Trivium’s Masters Level Clinicians and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors provide Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Counselors also serve those impacted by trauma and domestic violence. We provide wrap-around services including case management, recovery coaching, peer support, and educational classes to treat the whole person, not just symptoms. Our long-term support services are ideal for those with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, chronic mental illness, and brain injuries who need help to reach their full potential at home, work, and in their communities. From hourly services and day habilitation to employment services and full-time residential living, we have services suitable for all needs and coordinate care with doctors and other providers. Life can be difficult, but you don’t have to face it alone; we at Trivium Life Services are here to help and support you.

Thrive had the great opportunity to attend the RISE Iowa Rural Summit in the beautiful Dubuque, IA this week, attending as a Board member for Habitat for Humanity of Council Bluffs and representing Thrive Community Services, LLC. It was wonderful to connect with colleagues and help represent southwest Iowa. Rural communities across the country are doing so many exciting things. We learned about creating community heart and soul, creativity and entrepreneurship, rural business development, community needs, and so much more. Favorite quote from the summit is in the photos.

Thrive Community Services is attending the Rx and Illicit Drug Summit.

With an evolving drug supply and growing community need, the focus is on solutions in action —overdose prevention, access to care, and expanding systems that meet people where they are.

We’re learning from leaders from across the country and excited to bring back new strategies to better support our community.

💙 An Important Update for Our Idaho Community 💙
We want to share an important update regarding Trivium Life Services’ Idaho programs.

Effective April 2, 2026, the ownership of our Idaho services will transition to Thrive Community Services, led by Stacey Warner. Stacey brings strong leadership experience and a deep understanding of these programs, helping ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition.

For those we serve and our community partners, continuity remains our top priority:
✔️ We are working hard to ensure Services will continue without disruption
✔️ Staff and day-to-day supports will remain the same
✔️ Phone numbers and office locations will NOT change

Staff email addresses will be changing. If you email a current Trivium address, you’ll receive an automatic reply with updated contact information to help you stay connected.

During a brief transition period, Trivium Life Services and Thrive Community Services will work closely together to ensure stability in services, relationships, and support. Trivium Life Services will remain the provider of record and custodian of records during the period.

We are grateful to the individuals, families, partners, and communities across Idaho who have trusted us over the years. It has been a privilege to walk alongside you.

As this next chapter begins, Thrive Community Services will continue building on that foundation—providing compassionate, person-centered care and supporting individuals in reaching their goals.

As Black History Month comes to a close, we’re honoring Mamie Phipps Clark, a groundbreaking psychologist whose work helped shape modern behavioral health and child development.

Dr. Clark was one of the first Black women to earn a PhD in psychology. Her research on identity, self-perception, and the psychological impact of discrimination in children played a major role in advancing mental health awareness and equity. She also co-founded the Northside Center for Child Development, expanding access to mental health services for underserved youth and families.

At Trivium Life Services, we share this commitment to accessible, person-centered behavioral health care. We believe every person deserves support that recognizes their experiences, strengths, and cultural context.

We’re grateful for the leaders like Mamie whose work continues to guide more compassionate and inclusive care. 💙

💙 This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating care in all its forms. 💙

At Trivium Life Services, love looks like showing up, asking for help, setting boundaries, and choosing healing—again and again. Whether that care comes from a partner, a friend, a family member, or yourself, you deserve support that meets you where you are.

Today (and every day), we’re here for connection, compassion, and hope.
Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Trivium. 💕

Strong systems are built through strong relationships — and you’re invited to be part of that connection.

Join us for our Quarterly Community Partner Meet-Up on March 13 — a welcoming space for behavioral health and community partners to connect, share perspectives, and strengthen the collaborations that support our community every day.

Come enjoy good conversation, good food, and even better people. We’d love to see you there.

At Trivium Life Services, we offer trauma-focused tracks for individuals seeking mental health services, recovery support, or both. These tracks center healing from trauma while creating space to grow beyond it—at your own pace, in a supportive and compassionate environment.

You don’t have to separate your experiences to receive care. We meet you where you are—and walk with you forward. 💙
