What are the advantages of using a staffing agency over hiring agency staff directly? Staffing agencies provide a safety net for the facility. If an employee calls out sick, the staffing agency is responsible for finding a replacement. If a staff member is not a good fit for the facility, the staffing agency is responsible for finding a replacement. If a staff member is not meeting the expectations of the facility, the staffing agency is responsible for finding a replacement. If an employee is not showing up consistently or on time, the staffing agency is responsible for finding a replacement. If a staff member is not meeting the licensing requirements of the facility, the staffing agency is responsible for finding a replacement. The facility does not have to deal with the time, stress, and cost of finding a replacement.

What sets your company apart from other staffing agencies? Our focus has always been on quality and the relationships we have with our clients. We are not the biggest and we don’t want to be. We are the right size to be able to provide the service and support you need and deserve. We are a local, family owned and operated business. We are not a franchise. The owner is the President and is directly involved in the day to day operation of the business. We are not publicly traded. We are not a national chain. We are local and we are independent.
