Motherhood doesn’t follow just one path- and neither do the women who walk it. 💛

This Mother’s Day, we are celebrating the incredible moms within our clinic walls- from moms raising little ones, to dog moms loving on their fur babies, to those still in the middle of their journey to parenthood. Some of the women in these photos once sat in the very same patient chairs themselves, navigating IVF and infertility firsthand.

Every story looks different. Every journey carries its own heartbreak, hope, strength, and joy. Today, we honor all forms of motherhood and every path that leads there.

Employee Spotlight 💡🔦✨

Meet Sara, our incredible Lab Administrator 💙

For nearly 5 years, Sara has worked behind the scenes to help ensure every patient’s experience is as seamless and supportive as possible, staying involved from start to finish at every step. She especially values following up with patients after their family-building journey, when they decide whether to take their embryos home, donate them to another family, or contribute them to our lab for training. It is often a very emotional process, and she is dedicated to helping patients close this chapter in a way that feels meaningful and right for them.

Sara’s attention to detail stood out last month when she was named April’s Staff Member of the Month! One colleague shared, “Sara is always going above and beyond in making sure embryo transfer and IVF patients are taken care of prior to their procedures. She never misses a detail, we appreciate her hard work and dedication!” 💖

When she is not at ICRM, you can find Sara at concerts, spending time in Boise’s LGBTQ+ community, or with her pets Mayhem, Valentina, and Bowie 🐾

This sweet ICRM baby came back to visit Dr. Maas and Tatiana, and moments like this are everything to us. Watching a journey come full circle—seeing the love, the growth, the miracle in real life—it never stops being special.

Serving looks and support all week long 🧡✨

From rocking orange for , to bringing the pineapple power 🍍, slipping into our lucky socks for transfer day, throwing it back to the 70s for the first IVF baby, creating positivity pebbles for our patients, and putting together a raffle basket- this week was all about showing up in meaningful (and fun) ways.

National Infertility Awareness Week is a reminder that behind every treatment plan is a deeply personal story. We are honored to walk alongside our patients through the highs, the uncertainties, and everything in between. Whether it’s a small gesture, a supportive conversation, or simply being there when it matters most, we’re committed to creating a space where every patient feels seen, supported, and never alone. 🤍

Idaho voters will soon have the opportunity to support the Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act- a citizen-led initiative that aims to protect access to essential reproductive healthcare, including childbirth care, contraception, fertility treatment, and miscarriage care.

As a fertility clinic, we see every day how important it is for patients to have the freedom to make personal medical decisions alongside their providers.

To help get this initiative on the ballot, signatures must be completed in person. You can view official signing locations and learn more at the link.

This National Infertility Awareness Week, we’re honored to highlight one of our incredible patients and her journey.

What started 5 years ago as “what if we get pregnant?” slowly turned into “why can’t we get pregnant?”
After 2 years of actively trying, and now a full year into IVF, she’s heading into her third transfer this week—a moment that feels especially meaningful during this week of awareness.

Her journey hasn’t been easy. After her first transfer resulted in an ectopic pregnancy, she found herself overwhelmed with fear and anxiety, unsure if she could keep going. Her second transfer ended in a chemical pregnancy—devastating, but also a turning point. Through that loss, she began to see her own strength and resilience in a new way.

She’s learned to cope by leaning on friends, family, and faith, while also making space for a life outside of IVF. That balance—and that strength—has carried her to this moment.

To anyone just starting or still in the trenches of infertility: you are not alone, and you are stronger than you know. 🤍

We’re holding onto hope with her as she heads into this next chapter… third time’s a charm. ✨🤞🏼

Our team got creative with the “anything but a cup” trend- featuring a very interesting lineup: urine cups, a cavi wipe container, fish bowl, chip tin, and even a urine hat 😂

All fun aside, we’re here to make every part of your journey feel a little more comfortable- and sometimes that means adding a little humor along the way 💙
