Meet Jessica, our Lead of Patient Services & Financial Counselor!

Jessica has been part of the ICRM team for two and a half years and loves building meaningful relationships with patients- from those here locally to families traveling from all over the world. 🤍

Outside of work, Jessica loves being outdoors camping, hiking, paddle boarding, or spending time near the water. She is also a huge concert ju**ie- attending 28 concerts in 2025 alone! 🎶

A few fun facts about Jessica: she loves cooking on her Blackstone and smoker, she owns a small cleaning company, and she used to be an extreme couponer. She is also a big football fan and loves cheering on the Boise State Broncos and the 49ers. 🏈

We are so lucky to have her on the ICRM team! 💙

Meet Kasey, Dr. Tobler’s FET Coordinator 💛

With over four years of IVF and FET experience, Kasey is passionate about guiding patients through every step of their journey to parenthood. Her favorite part of the job? Supporting families as their dreams become reality. 🫶

Kasey’s positive energy stood out last month when she was named January’s Staff Member of the Month! One colleague shared “Queso! (Kasey)! Such a real gal- truly one of a kind! She has truly brightened up ICRM and Boise misses her so much when she is in Meridian. We cannot wait to see all of the good things she does for her patients when she starts coordinating!”

When Kasey is not at the clinic, you can find her traveling, spending time with her dog, or checking out new restaurants and concerts with friends and family.

💛After welcoming her healthy, happy son, this incredible mom saw how many people around her were struggling to become parents. She knew that if there was something she could do to help, she would.

Her heart behind egg donation is simple:
“Anyone willing to fight this hard for a child is going to be an incredible parent- and the world can always use more phenomenal families”.

✈️ Fun fact: She loves adventure and has traveled to 49 states and 20+ countries, even living on the Mediterranean island Cyprus for six months!

Her message to intended parents:
“This journey may be hard and unexpected, but your resilience will make you an amazing parent. Keep going because this will be worth it. I’m grateful to be part of your story.”

Love was in the air at ICRM this week! 💕

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, each department created their own festive Valentine boxes and exchanged sweet treats, notes, and a whole lot of appreciation.

Our team also got into the spirit by wearing pink and red scrubs- because when you work in a place dedicated to building families, celebrating love just comes naturally. ❤️
