Employee Spotlight 💡🔦✨

Meet Neal, one of our incredible phlebotomists and andrologists here at ICRM! Neal has been with our team for nearly five months and loves building meaningful connections with both coworkers and patients.

Neal’s kindness truly stood out this month when he was named December’s Staff Member of the month! One colleague shared, “Neal is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed, and he does it with a smile. His positivity is contagious and makes even the busiest days feel more manageable.”

When he is not in the clinic, you can find him fishing at Swan Falls Dam, playing guitar, gaming with friends, or spending time with his new puppy, Fischer.

“With PCOS and thyroid issues, I knew the road wouldn’t be easy. After years of testing and trial-and-error, we welcomed our son through IUI- almost exactly two years after we began trying.

When we returned to Idaho and continued care with ICRM, I thought knowing the process would make it easier. Same meds, same routine… yet it still took 8 IUIs. Skipped cycles. Failed cycles. So many moments we almost gave up.

Now I know- if it had worked sooner, my Liv wouldn’t be mine. And every ounce of heartbreak was worth the love I hold today. Nothing in this world has ever been worth working harder for.” 💖

Meet Ashlyn- a valued member of our Patient Services team!

Ashlyn has been part of the ICRM family for nearly a year and a half. She takes pride in being one of our patients’ biggest supporters, cheering them on through every step of their journey 💙

Outside of work, Ashlyn enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her pup, Jake, and her fiancé, Andrew. You can also find her at country concerts, watching Supercross with friends, or cheering on the Seattle Seahawks with family!

Our embryologists, Delphine and Savannah, spent three days in Phoenix, Arizona at the 2026 Southwest Embryology Summit (SWES), diving into the latest in s***m and embryo research, quality control, and lab advancements. We are proud to invest in continued education so our patients always receive the highest standard of care!

Infertility can be an incredibly isolating journey- one filled with waiting, uncertainty, and moments that are hard to share with anyone else. 🎆

But these numbers represent so much more than statistics. They represent thousands of individuals and families who walked through our doors this year, each with their own hopes, fears, and courage. We hope they serve as a reminder that you are not alone in this- even on the days it feels that way. ✨

✨For this couple, it all started with a nervous first consultation and a simple question:
