We are almost 1/2 way to my goal! Thank you so much to everyone who has helped so far. 💜

A little story about the last Disneyland race I participated in a couple weekends ago. I wanted my Dad, Uncle, & Grandparents with me throughout the weekend. I found a locket, placed their photos in it, practiced yoga in front of the Castle, & ran the 5k & 10k with them. I carried them with me as a reminder of why I was running.

I think the American Cancer Society sends an extra blank bib for us to put names on. If you would like me to carry your special someone who battled cancer with me, please send me their name. I will write it on the bib. I would be honored to carry your person with me as I run that 10k.

This year’s Goddess Fest had it’s quirks. I am sitting here ruminating on the positives though.

•I got to opportunity to meet Toni Hodge of & purchase a delicious tea from her. She is a delightful soul & if you get the chance to attend a tea ceremony of hers or purchase a tea, both will be delightful.

•I got the opportunity to be the neighbor of a wonderful man that is a relative of a good friend! So nice to meet you .beall2 !

•I got to see 3 lovely humans who I have not gotten to see in a few years. Made my whole weekend! 💜

•I got to opportunity to talk about stones, Malas, meditation, & many other things this weekend. So many wonderful conversations! Thank to all who stopped by for conversation & thank you to all who purchased something. You are all rockstars 💜

•I purchased an addition to my sound immersion collection from another lovely fellow rock enthusiast that is very dear to me 💜 This beautiful angel has such a powerful vibration, iPhones never, ever do justice to the sound of these beautiful pieces. She will be at the next sound immersion I get scheduled 💜

•I got the opportunity to share my booth space & time with one of my favorite people who is doing her best to change the world’s plastic consumption problem one handmade beeswax wrap at a time. Annah was the very first person I met at my very first vendor event years ago. She has always been a good person. Thanks Annah for the new beeswax wraps and showing me how to fold them to make a pouch for my snacks 💜 Check her out at 🐝

Even though there was a crazy wind storm with lightning that flew through and sent some of my things on a wild ride, it was a good weekend 💜

It’s been a minute since I have posted a vendor schedule, my yoga schedule, or announced a Sound Bath. Here’s 2 of the three.

This year I have pulled back on Vendor events. I will be attending 3 to 4 of my favorite events this year. Don’t worry, SRM is not going anywhere. I am just honoring where I put my energy.

You can find me at .yoga Tuesday & Friday mornings, 9-10am, for movement, breath, meditation & community. 💜

I do not have any Sound Immersions booked yet. I have thought about opening my books up for private Sound Immersions. If you are interested, message me. 💜
