Running with knee pain?

Incorrect running form, such as overstriding or landing heavily, can increase the impact on your knees, potentially causing discomfort or injury. Individuals with existing knee issues, such as arthritis or ligament problems, may experience increased discomfort with running. To mitigate these risks perform warm-ups, cool downs, strength training, and make sure to listen to your body!
