📞 Our dispatch manager, Heather Wagner, finally got to meet two of her “best phone friends” at St. Luke's Elks Rehab. In the world of dispatch, you form strong bonds through daily calls — friendships built on teamwork, trust, and shared responsibility, even when you’ve never met face to face.

💙 Heather recently surprised her work friends with coffee and finally got the chance to connect with them in person. What followed was lots of laughter — and even a few tears — as they shared stories and said goodbye to one of them who's heading out of state to pursue her education. We’re so thankful for these meaningful connections.

📍Big Blue spotted in Tacoma!

🩺 Our EMS team recently completed a long-distance transport to Tacoma, Washington, for a patient that needed Advanced Life Support (ALS) medical support along the way.

🚑 This journey was carried out in the ambulance unit we affectionately call 'Big Blue.'

💙 At Victory EMS, we’re proud to provide more than just transportation — we deliver medical care on the move. Whether it’s across town or across state lines, our team is ready to go the distance for those who need us most.

💔 With heavy hearts, we acknowledge the tragic loss of two firefighters in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, who were senselessly ambushed while responding to a wildfire.

🚑 Everyone at Victory EMS & Medical Transportation stands with the Coeur d'Alene Fire Department and Kootenai County Fire & Rescue as they navigate this unimaginable loss. Our hearts are with the families of those lost, those recovering from injury, and the courageous crews who continue to serve with unwavering dedication.

🚑 Aviana goes above and beyond to share her passion for EMS and healthcare with the next generation. Whether she's on standby or volunteering her time, she’s often found giving hands-on ambulance tours to young learners. From teaching kids how to listen to a heartbeat to explaining cardiac rhythms and the role of life-saving equipment, Aviana brings healthcare education to life in a way that’s both fun and inspiring.

🙌 Yesterday’s all-staff meeting and training sessions at Victory EMS & Medical Transportation were a great success! We had a fantastic turnout, meaningful discussions, and hands-on learning for our team.

🎈 Executive Director Jami Cobley kicked things off with a creative balloon icebreaker that highlighted the importance of communication and problem-solving when working as a team. She also took time to revisit our CAPLICO values — the heart of who we are and how we serve.

🚑 Before and after the meeting, our EMS team took part in additional trainings focused on stroke recognition and standby protocols — ensuring their skills stay sharp and they're prepared for these situations.

🧡 Thank you to everyone who participated and presented — the more we learn, the more we can elevate the care and service we provide.

☀️️Victory EMS & Medical Transportation is excited to be part of the 2025 Family Summer Palooza. Join us this Saturday, June 14th, 2025 at Expo Idaho for this exciting family friendly event.

🚑 We will have one of our ambulances at the expo for a hands-on experience. Kids will have the chance to step inside, explore the ambulance, and ask questions to our friendly EMTs. It’s a fantastic opportunity for little ones to learn more about emergency services and meet real-life heroes.

🔥 This week, our Victory EMS team had the opportunity to learn from a former Victory medic, MaKenzie Tiegs, who’s spent the last decade providing EMS support on wildfires.

🚑 MaKenzie shared valuable insights on everything from packing essentials, navigating maps, handling common fire line injuries, properly submitting reports, and what daily occurrences to expect. Her real-world experience gave our team a deeper understanding of what it takes to provide care during the extreme conditions of a wild fire.
