Compassion In Action Monthly MENS Mental Health Circle ⭕ we will have a brief breathing meditation to ground into the circle and then an open dialogue.

We will be collaborating with Sun Fire Saunas at this event. We will be hosting our normal circle from 7-9pm inside Xanadu and then for an hour afterwards we will be given the opportunity to utilize Sun Fire's Mobile Sauna! For a little extra release 🔥

We look forward to seeing you there ! 😀 🙏

Safe space to talk about problems, emotions, thoughts and to seek guidance or to just simply show up for others and build positive community. Donations are suggested to help pay for time and space rental, 10 percent will be donated to our charities.

Our next Compassion In Action ALL genders session on March 10th is going to be a grand time 😀

Restorative Yoga and Breath Awareness with Mykel Brotzman with a little sound bath to end our session together 😌

Bring a mat, pillow or blanket for your own comfort. We will have some mats to provide, but please feel free to bring your own to ensure we have enough. As always donations are suggested, thank you 🙏💚
