Positive affirmations are personal statements that can improve your outlook on life and the world around you.

Those who swear by the power of positive thinking and uplifting language find that it shifts their mindset, fosters confidence and self-esteem, and improves mental health.

Most people have tried to "hate" themselves into a better state of health. Whether it's food guilt, abusing yourself with a workout, or the negative things you say to yourself when you look in the mirror.

None of those things help.

So now I want to know:

What is one positive affirmation that you say? Or what's something you could say to be a little nicer to yourself?
