How does Tapping actually calm your mind and body so quickly?

Each tap sends a gentle calming signal to the brain, easing stress, softening old patterns, and opening the door for something powerful to happen: your stress memory, or the “file” your brain keeps about a experience, gets updated and re-saved with a new emotional tone.

Instead of holding fear, overwhelm, or tension, the brain begins to associate that memory with safety and ease.
