🐎✨ Exciting News from SAVI Therapy Group! ✨🐎

We are thrilled to announce that Equine Therapy sessions will officially begin on June 1st!

Equine therapy (also known as horse-assisted therapy) is a powerful, experiential form of therapy where clients interact with horses in a safe, guided environment. Horses are highly intuitive animals and can mirror emotions, helping individuals build self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication skills, and develop confidence. This hands-on approach can be especially beneficial for those experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, or life transitions.

At SAVI Therapy Group, we are committed to offering innovative and meaningful ways to support healing and growth and equine therapy is a beautiful extension of that mission.

We currently accept:

This Black History Month, we celebrate Black pioneers in mental health who transformed the field and inspired generations.

From Mamie Phipps Clark and Kenneth B. Clark, whose research helped challenge segregation, to Inez Beverly Prosser, the first Black woman to earn a Ph.D. in psychology, their work continues to shape how we understand and support mental wellness.

Today, we also recognize leaders like Joy DeGruy, whose research on intergenerational trauma uplifts and educates communities.

Their courage, vision, and dedication remind us that mental health care is stronger when it is equitable, inclusive, and guided by voices that have long been overlooked. 🤎
