Friday was truly Patriots Day at The Terraces! 🇺🇸

We began with our annual Flag Day ceremony by the flagpole, followed by a heartfelt celebration honoring resident Ernie Kunz on his 100th birthday—a proud veteran of both WWII and the Korean War.

With the support of our local Veterans of Foreign Wars VFW, Daughters of the American Revolution National Headquarters, Lee County Sheriff's Office Veterans Valor Honor Color Guard, Congressman Byron Donalds’ office, Hope Valor Military Guard, and an incredible armed drill routine, the ceremony was nothing short of spectacular.

We closed out the day with Ernie’s favorite treat—ice cream sundaes! 🍨🎉

A truly all-star celebration for a true American hero.
