🍂 Harvest Festival at Cedar Ridge! 🍎

Our annual Harvest Festival was a wonderful success! We were thrilled to welcome so many families who shared laughter, joy, and unforgettable moments together.

Guests enjoyed our cozy Hot Apple Cider Bar, where every cup came with a sweet little note filled with warm wishes — a small touch that made every sip even more special. ☕✨

We also hosted our Harvest Basket Giveaway, where residents, friends, and families entered their names for a chance to win. One lucky name was randomly drawn to take home our festive basket full of fall goodies! 🎁🍁

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the beauty of autumn at Cedar Ridge. You truly made it a day to remember! 💛

🎄 Operation Christmas Child at Cedar Ridge! 🎄

For another year, Cedar Ridge is proudly participating in the wonderful Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child program — an organization that has delivered over 220 million gift boxes to children in 170 countries around the world, many of whom have never received a Christmas present before. 🌍

This year, we’re once again preparing 50 shoeboxes that will soon travel across the globe to bring joy to children of different age groups — from little ones aged 2–4 to teens aged 10–14. 🎁

We’re so proud to be part of this charitable project and to share a little piece of Christmas magic with children who need it most. ❤️✨

🎃🕷️👻 Halloween Creativity is in Full Swing at Cedar Ridge! 👻🕷️🎃

Our amazing residents and team got into the spooky spirit this week with a fun-filled craft session! Together, we created these adorable Halloween hangers featuring smiling spiders, glowing jack-o’-lanterns, and playful ghosts — each one showing off a bit of personality and a whole lot of heart. 💜🧡

From laughter to glitter glue, this activity brought out the artist in everyone. And just look at those smiles! 😊

Today, our hearts walked together in support of those living with Parkinson’s disease. At Cedar Ridge, residents, staff, families, and friends joined in a powerful display of unity, strength, and compassion.

Every step we took was a tribute—to the fighters, the survivors, the caregivers, and the researchers. 💙
But this year’s walk was more than just symbolic—it was miraculous.

✨ Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we raised $2,000 more than we originally planned.
You never know what kind of magic the world has in store—especially when people come together for a cause that matters.

👮‍♂️ Today at Cedar Ridge – A Day with a Homicide Detective!

We had the honor of welcoming Mr. Shank, a seasoned Homicide Detective, who visited our community as part of the “A Day in the Life” program. Our residents were captivated by his incredible stories and had the opportunity to learn more about the realities of homicide investigations — from solving complex cases to the emotional and professional challenges detectives face every day.

It wasn’t just a presentation — it was an eye-opening and deeply engaging conversation that left everyone inspired and thankful for those who serve and protect.
