✨ Seven months ago in Peru, I bought these pants. Today, I can pull them way out at the sides—they’re hanging off me.

I’m still on my carnivore journey, and yes, I eat. If I want to eat eight boiled eggs and half a pound of meat in one day, I do it. I’m not starving myself—this is what real nutrients do for your body.

Do I cheat from time to time? Of course—I’m human. But I don’t make it a daily routine.

This isn’t about restriction. It’s about fueling your body with what it truly needs—and watching it transform.Before leaving the US I had dropped 80 pounds. That was a year ago.
