🌿🪴Join us at the Bordentown Green Fair Plant Swap! 🪴🌿
Bring your extra indoor or outdoor plants, cuttings, seedlings, bulbs or garden divisions and swap them with fellow plant lovers from the community!
✨ We especially encourage native outdoor plants to help support local pollinators and ecosystems!

🚲Got an old bike collecting dust? Bring it to the Bordentown Green Fair Sat. June 13 and give it a second life!

We’re teaming up with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to collect used bikes. They’ll be refurbished and resold through the Bike Exchange program, supporting youth programs and keeping bikes out of landfills.

Donate a bike. Support a kid. Help the planet. 🌎

🌱 One week away! Next Sunday, May 3, join us at Oliver Street Park from 10 AM–12 PM to help plant native species in an area where we removed invasive Japanese Knotweed last year. This is a big planting day and we need all the volunteers we can get!
No experience necessary — just bring gloves and a willingness to dig in. And if we get at least 10 volunteers? Donuts. 🍩

Since the first glimpse of our blue planet during Apollo 8 Earthrise one thing has remained clear, our planet is breathtaking, fragile, and irreplaceable.

There is no Planet B

What we do here matters. The small choices, the way we care for our yards, the space we leave for pollinators, the way we show up in our community. It all adds up.

Today is a reminder:

🌿 Mark your calendars! On Sunday, May 3, the Bordentown City Environmental Commission is hosting a Habitat Restoration Volunteer Day at Oliver Street Park from 10 AM–12 PM.
Last year we worked hard to eradicate Japanese Knotweed from this area — now it's time for the fun part: filling it back in with native plants! We've got a LOT of planting to do, so we really need your help. Many hands make light work!
