Chrysavgi Bouras, also known as Chrissa, is a Psychologist (MSc) from Boston, Massachusetts, specializing in Family Therapy for children, adolescents and adults. Chrysavgi has over ten years of clinical experience in a variety of therapeutic and educational settings. Additionally, she has collaborated with Athens Medical School as a researcher and has supervised Psychology students. She is committed to guiding individuals toward changing their patterns of thoughts and finding unique paths through changes and difficulties conducive to reaching their full potential. She holds a Master's of Science in Mental Health Promotion-Mental Illness Prevention from Athens Medical School and has successfully completed a specialized 6 year training program in Family Therapy, certified by the European Family Therapy Association (EFTA).

What an amazing experience ✨

This year at RISE 2024 by I had the honor of not only attending but also leading a workshop focused on a topic close to my heart: rewriting our personal stories. 💫

Life hands us all kinds of experiences, and it’s easy to feel defined by them—by the chapters that may not have gone as planned. In this workshop, we explored what it means to break free from past limitations, redefine our experiences, and shed light on our strengths.💪

Seeing others engage, reflect, and share pieces of their own stories was incredibly moving. Everyone has the power to rewrite their journey and shift their perspective.🙌

To everyone who joined, thank you for bringing your courage and openness. And to RISE 2024, thank you for creating a space where transformation, growth, and connection happen.
