📈Knowing the UV Index (UVI) before heading outdoors is a great way to check how strong your need for sun protection is. Early mornings and late afternoons/evenings have the lowest UV ratings, but there are other factors that contribute to the rating.

While there are apps and websites that can help you find the UV rating, some smart watches have faces you can choose that show the UVI in your location so you never have to search for it again. ⌚

As always, it's a great idea to wear your SPF and UPF daily, no matter the rating, but the UVI gives you another tool to use in your sun protection toolbox.
