1. Stay hydrated: drink at least 18 oz of water for every 15-30 min of exercise.

2. Roll/ massage your muscles: this helps to improve blood flow and oxygen to your sore areas.

3. Get plenty of sleep: sufficient sleep leads to healthy growth hormone production causing less musle soreness.
