Calling all families! Dumi Academy is now enrolling for our Fall 2025 session— and we’re especially excited to welcome homeschoolers and students looking for after-school enrichment rooted in creativity, culture, and care.

Fixin’ Foils Book Circle 📖✨

We’re kicking off Session 1 on July 23 and diving deep into the powerful themes of mother-daughter relationships and captivity as we begin our journey through Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi.

These themes are layered, tender, and complex—mirroring the healing work we hold space for. Whether it’s the bonds that raise us or the chains we’re working to break, this session will offer us a chance to reflect, release, and reconnect.

I am overflowing with gratitude as I reflect on the incredible experience we shared at the Las Curas Women’s Retreat 2025. To all the powerful, inspiring, and beautiful women who attended, thank you from the depths of my heart.

Who’s Got Morale is an organization that provides education, coaching and wellness services to youth, families and educators.

We’ve been having a blast providing our services to schools and community members across Boston and Watertown, but today it’s all about our own microschool, ✨DUMI ACADEMY✨.

We created Dumi Academy to provide homeschoolers and other students with an enrichment experience that affirms culture, diverse learning styles and parents who make the decision to take their child’s education into their own hands. 🙌🏽

I am BLESSED !!!! Feeling clear and productive this week 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

🌺Who’s Got Morale is making moves in 2025 🌺

We have 3 life changing services:
1. LightWorkers Educator Training: PD supporting administrators with school culture and climate change, integrating wellness and healing across all spaces in the school building.

2. Brighter Futures: Youth circles for middle and high schoolers needing a space to unpack suppressed emotions due to conflict, trauma or stress.

3. Retreats (My Favorite): 3 day or 5 session intensive created for teams to go deep into systems, rituals and activities to be implemented in the workplace.
