Life is too short 😢 Years ago we were all like family. Everyone looked out for each other. We ate together and drank together, and were worried about each other. We need to get back to this. We need to take care of each other instead of breaking each other down. I'm going to make a bet, that out of my "family" and "friends" less than 6 will take the time to copy and post this.. Who are my SIX. I bet I’m shocked.

Did you know you can do something directly against the Heritage Foundation? As a 501c3, the Heritage Foundation is not allowed to participate in politics, let alone publish political manifestos. You can download Project 2025 from the website and attach it to IRS Form 13909 and challenge their tax exempt status.

How is everyone doing? This April was 7 years since my DMX and immediate Reconstruction....... that was a tough time, for my expanders; one leaked. had to go each week to be restored agin from week before. basically i was pretty miserable with the results .... every thing was wrong that time, what i got wasn’t what i asked for, hug saline water balloons with ripples and so large, almost as my waist. this year planning on Ni**le Reconstruction and the # tattoo....its not a journey for the weak.... had a bunch of fat grafts....

its good to text others in the same situation to comfort eachother and give some helpfu tips, or just listen... these groups are very helpful.... hi from Quincy MA, feel free to post your story. started training with my 2 dogs hope to get them certified to vist patients by spring time.

Good info for all!! De clutter !

Most of us do too much, or have more possessions than we need or use. Or both. With our lives swept up in an overwhelming swirl of attachments, worry, and endless, mechanical "doing," our minds become fuzzy on what stays and what goes, what matters and what doesn't. As humans it is in our nature to experience clarity and spaciousness all the time. The problem is we lose focus, get off balance, and forget how.
