I’m not saying don’t have the almond butter, but what I will say is that meal choices can make or break your fat loss journey
When calories are low, you want to aim for high volume, lower calorie options
Doing this will keep you fuller, longer, and prevent you from feeling STARVED all day
On the Right:
2.5 servings of almond butter 😞
On the Left:
8oz of chicken breast 🍗
8oz of sweet potato 🍠
1 Medium apple 🍎
0cal seltzer water 💧
