As always, it’s a great time to be a member at Monument Fitness.
A special mobility workshop with the best in the business, the Method PT, focused on the areas all us crossfitters have issues with: shoulders, back, and hips.
“Murph” is the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. Prep starts this month. Tuesday and Friday will have WODs focused on building capacity towards “Murph”. Don’t overthink it, Aaron does this every year and you usually don’t even know it.
