sident with the Contact Lens Manufacturers Association (CLMA). Today, TruForm is on it’s second generation of contact lens manufacturers with Jan Svochak leading the organization as President. In 2018 Jan was the recipient of the CLMA’s Leonardo Da Vinci award “For Vision In Establishing the Focus of the CLMA and Dedication to the Achievement of It’s Goals”. TruForm’s focus is on specialty lenses; producing the highest quality spherical, toric and other specialty gas permeable designs, while emerging as an industry leader in scleral, presbyopic and orthokeratology lens designs for myopia management. This family-owned business has grown to more than 30 employees and serves eye care professionals with specialty contact lenses, worldwide.
