Allen Howell M.Ed. LMHC Offering holistic wellness services and therapy Allen Howell M.Ed. LMHC is a holistic therapist with a dual specialization in addiction and trauma studies.

His clinical experiences include treatment and stabilization for at-risk populations effected by homelessness, trauma, addiction, and other mental health issues. He has also facilitated batterer intervention (IPV) programs for men who have committed abuse against their partners. Allen has trained in vipassana (insight) meditation and he utilizes mindfulness approaches in his work. He has also stud

ied indigenous/shamanic healing and counseling practices with several teachers. Allen was certified by the Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) since 2009. He offers workshops and public talks in the Boston area, has assisted GTT staff at retreats throughout the US, and has worked with Dr. Grof as assistant faculty at the annual Holotropic Breathworkâ„¢ retreat at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in western MA. Allen passionately believes in a holistic approach to helping individuals achieve health and wellness.
