Someone asked this question in a group I am a part of today.
Here is my response:
“I’ve tried a lot of different things!
1) define your normal. Don’t try to be perfect, don’t overdue your healing. “Normal” doesn’t exist anyway.
2) Meditation - especially with guided imagery or drumming like a shamanic journey
3) Making my life magickal through the way I decorate my house, the way it smells by burning incense, crystals scattered throughout, and surrounding myself with magickal people on my wavelength/paradigm.
4) Reiki and/or any healing modality that has been brought into your reality that is readily available to you. For instance, you’ve been seeing stuff about quantum healing and then you see an ad for a holistic fair in your area where there will be some offered - TRY IT!
5) EMDR definitely helped me unravel some things.
6) Jungian Analysis helped parts of me come back online
There are specific guided meditations that helped me a lot like healing the inner child, having a conversation from my higher self to someone else’s higher self, breaking contracts, Akashic records, etc.
Go with your gut, but above all know that you can get to a place with happiness and contentment 💗”
