Trauma Still Remains

Trauma Still Remains Trauma-informed storytelling, emotional validation, and quiet healing for those who were left carrying the weight alone. I survived abandonment at 3. We remain.

Lost my mother to domestic violence. Was passed between people who couldn't stay. Now I create healing tools for the inner children who still blame themselves. This isn't theory for me. I've been in residential programs, felt the weight of being 'too much,' attempted to leave this world multiple times. I'm still here. I don't have credentials. I have lived experience. Sometimes the people who heal us most deeply aren't the ones with letters after their names, but the ones who've walked through the fire themselves. Here for the abandoned children (now adults) who need to hear: You were never the problem. They just couldn't stay. Broken but becoming. Together. Currently creating: Digital healing workbooks, inner child resources, and a community where trauma survivors don't have to pretend they're fine.

This page is for the ones who were told to move on
before they were ever held.

For those who functioned through trauma
because stopping wasn’t an option.

Trauma doesn’t disappear just because time passes.
It settles.
It echoes.
It remains.

This space exists so you don’t have to carry it alone.

If something here feels familiar,
you’re in the right place.
