We opened our doors this spring to welcome the community and our local referring providers to a special open house — and guests even got to build their own bouquet to take home.

This is our seventh Massachusetts clinic, and moments like these remind us why we do this work. Connection is at the heart of good care.

Prism is a specially developed program for LGBTQIA+ adults who want care in a space that intentionally reflects and affirms lived experience. Through structured, evidence-based care, clients build practical skills, deepen insight, and strengthen resilience — while being fully seen and respected.

All Guidelight clinics and programs are LGBTQIA+ affirming. Prism is an optional pathway for adults seeking a more intentionally designed, culturally responsive environment to navigate mental health challenges, identity exploration, relationships, and life transitions.
