Here’s how to get your ghostly groove on:

👻Inhale & Stretch Tall: Reach for the sky and gather your spooky energy!
👻Exhale into Forward Fold: Hinge at your hips, relax your head and arms, like a ghost hanging in midair!
👻Sway Like a Ghost: Let your arms dangle and gently sway side to side. Add a soft “woooooooooh” for full ghost mode!

🔁 Roll Back Up: Slowly rise like a spirit lifting into the night.
