And after a few days, they slow down or stop.
Now compare that to walking.
10,000 steps doesn’t feel hard. You don’t feel exhausted. You don’t get super hungry.
But you can do it every single day.
And that’s the difference.
Fat loss doesn’t come from doing the hardest thing…
