Cedar Tree will be closed on Sunday, March 1, 2026, as our space will be hosting a very special wedding celebration. Because of this, there will be no Mellow Morning Yoga with Sarah at 11 AM that day.

We will truly miss practicing with you. Sunday mornings are such a sweet and grounding part of our week. At the same time, we are so happy and honored that a wonderful couple will be beginning their marriage journey in our space. It feels really special to have Cedar Tree hold that kind of joy and love.

Thank you for your understanding and for being such a beautiful part of this community. We look forward to seeing you back on your mat very soon.

At this time of year, when the world seems to move faster and faster, gift yourself a moment to slow down and reconnect with the natural rhythms of the season.

In this cozy and nurturing practice, we will explore yin and restorative postures that help you root, unwind, and return to yourself and to the earth. This is a space to receive nourishment through gentle movement and deep stillness.

If you wish, you will also have the opportunity to receive extra grounding support through the calming vibrations of tuning forks.

Ease into your Sunday with Mellow Morning Yoga 🌿

Join Anastacia this Sunday, July 13th from 11:00–12:15pm at Cedar Tree Yoga in Bothell.

Mellow Morning Yoga is a slower, more intentional practice—similar to gentle yoga. We move mindfully, tuning into what feels good in our own bodies, and create space for breath, body, and mind to reconnect. It’s a beautiful way to ground yourself and start the day in community.
