Chinese herbal medicine is an effective tool for gynecological conditions, digestive issues, chronic infections like BV and yeast infections or even UTIs that keep coming back every 1-3 months and several courses of antibiotics🫠. As board certified herbalist, we use herbs that are known to repair the gut and break down biofilms which is essentially a mucous barrier that bad bacteria uses to protect itself. The biofilms acts like a shield to the bad bacteria, and sometimes antibiotics can’t break them down ( why chronic infections can occur). If you were to ask me about my favorite aspect of Chinese medicine, besides the fact that it can really change people’s lives and get them out of pain, help them get pregnant, and even help change the state of their nervous system from a stressed out “sympathetic state” to the cool, calm, collected parasympathetic state…. I’d say how Chinese medicine views food as medicine 🥑🍓🥗🍗🥘🍜🍳

It’s a simple and beautiful paradigm that teaches us to how to understand which foods are the most healing for our body, and which foods may bring our bodies out of balance. ⚖️

Most of you know i haven’t raised my prices since i opened my doors a few years ago… so well, it is time! 💕 as a small business owner, raising your prices can be challenging; however, I need to keep things as sustainable as possible for the health of my business and myself 🙏🏻
