Choose Joy. ✨

In May 2011, in the midst of major transformation, like leaving academia after teaching college-level writing for 13+ years, "Choose Joy" became my mantra, my guide, my response, my reminder, my priority... for my why, my how and even my what.

😘 I wish you this same sweetness. Life is too short to suffer long or at all. "Choose Joy" remains inspiring and guiding to me.

📣 Say these words aloud: "I'm going to ___ because I'm choosing joy." How does your body feel? What will you do, what beliefs need to shift, and what will you do differently?
