Full Moon Blessings to you. 🌕

Full Moon energy brings completion to older patterns; when we finally acknowledge and willingly release what is hurting us, the lighter and brighter days are so much more accessible.

:: Eclipses bring turning points and encourage us to prioritize balance, grounding, empowerment and healthier alignments.

These are themes and messages I humbly received to share with you.

Sela has informed me that she's showing up for more snuggling this year. How about you? Where and how do you feel called to "show up" more?

Yesterday was the start of a 100 Creative Days journey I committed to with artist, creator and teacher Jessica Swift, and for now I feel like my 100-day commitment is about prioritizing creativity every day and tending to some of my projects that I really want to finish.

For now, and for Day One yesterday, I'll share (see photo in comments) that I chose to make naan last night (technically for the second time, but last night's naan felt more aligned with naan I love to eat); I also journaled for awhile. I feel so much better when I prioritize "creative space and time."

Your commitments to yourself and how you use your time are up to you. I empower you to consider time as a valuable currency and opportunity. My humble hope is that you choose more joy, peace and balance.
