Soul Connection Counseling I focus on my client’s strengths, what is going well in their lives and how we can apply that to other areas of life that are creating hardship.

I am passionate about working with my clients to expand their toolbox of skills so that when difficult situations or emotions arise, they can feel confident in handling what life brings their way. Working with me, you can expect a mixture of mindfulness, attachment theory, parts work and evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and EMDR. I am now offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for those interested in using psychedelics as a way to deeply heal and rewire the brains. Join us on October 25 from 9am-3pm for a day-long, group Ketamine intensive in Boulder. This day includes preparation, a medicine session and group integration. Light snacks and beverages to be provided. Group size 8-12 participants. Ketamine will be administered intramuscularly by a board certified psychiatrist. Please feel free to refer anyone who may be interested. Fellow therapists are welcome!

I am thrilled to announce the addition of Izzy Hodess, LPCC (she/her) to the Soul Connection Counseling team.

Izzy specializes in Somatic Therapy (body-based practices), relationship issues and trauma. She uses a combination of neuroscience, nervous system regulation and attachment theory to help clients strengthen connection to themselves so that they are able to experience more secure and loving relationships.
