Be kind to yourself, others, nature. Everything we're feeling is a natural response to the disruption of our lives, routines, assumptions, livelihoods, survival instincts, etc.
If you are home alone (or quarantined from your family in the same house) take a moment to wrap your arms around yourself. Hold your body tight. Hug the heck out yourself!! YOU ARE LOVED!
