Welcome to Grow and Connect Therapy! My name is Jamie and I'm a licensed clinical social worker and therapist helping adults individually or in relationships across the state of Colorado. I specialize in individuals with depression, anxiety and out of control emotions - particularly individuals with chronic illness. I also provide relationship therapy for both monogamous and polyamorous clients, as well as polycurious people.
Many of the techniques I use as a therapist are ones that I practice myself, or have used in the past. I believe strongly in the power of therapy to improve lives, but also believe not every therapist is going to be the right fit for every client.
