So much Oxytocin was released at our Gala on Saturday night 🌞✨🎉

Feeling so blessed by the support of this incredible growing community. Over 200 beautiful people joined us for connection, tea, and lots of dancing to 🎶✨🕺

We can't wait to do big things this next year, and to build out an epic space to foster even deeper levels of connection and celebration.

I am beyond thrilled with how my new tattoo turned out!!! 😁✨🙌

Muchísimas gracias a Carlos ( check him out 🙌) for turning this vision into reality.

This piece was largely inspired by a song shared at the end of a plant medicine journey by my friend Hannah:

"In desperation we find freedom.
In freedom we find love.
In love we find devotion.
And in devotion spirit finds us."

It started with a blue Phoenix that visited me in dreams and seemed to see into my soul with complete understanding and acceptance. I didn't recognize it as a Phoenix at first with its blue color, but the blue Phoenix exists across many cultures representing rebirth and transformation in a more tranquil way--especially in terms of spirituality.

Then the idea of Otorongo, the spirit jaguar, as a symbol of power, grace, and overcoming fear became present. Otorongo eats "hucha", negative energy, and inspires us to move beyond fear and claim our power.

The priestess tethers these concepts to the physical realm, with spirit finding her through her devotion.

So grateful to have such a beautiful reminder that I am always held through the inevitable changes of life, to be inspired to embrace change and continue to grow into my power and purpose. 🙌

Tuesday Oct. 15th: Sip Into Stillness -- A traditional tea ceremony with tea master Bunan. Come for the ritual and stay after for deeper connection.

Thursday Oct. 17th: Boulder Wellness Week Party -- We will be holding down the tea lounge. A ticket gets you access to chill with us, dance to multiple DJs, and experience lots of cutting edge therapies and elixirs.

Thursday Nov. 7th: Thai Touch & Tea -- I'll be guiding a lesson in Thai massage-one of my favorite things on the planet!-and we'll be hanging out and featuring teas from the region of Thailand. This one is sure to be extra juicy!

Such a treat to attend the opening of this weekend! If you're in Baltimore and looking for the best crew of people to learn from and with, in a gorgeous space with hot and cold therapy, cartwheel your b***y on over to Tribe! 🤸

This group of humans-- to mention a few--comprises some of my absolute favorite people to dance, train, breathe, and spar with. These epic folks have taught me jui jitsu, choreographed dance, ice baths, breathwork, and many more practices that I use daily, always bringing the fun factor to pair with their offerings of body and soul wisdom.

I'm proud to witness the culmination of their hard work, the evolution of the movement community in Baltimore, and to train with y'all when I'm back in town again!
