💛 Houston moms… I want to invite you to something really special.

On May 9th, I’m hosting a Mother–Daughter Community Walk in Sugar Land—and it’s not just a walk.

It’s a morning to slow down, reconnect, and be intentional with your daughter (no matter her age).

We’re creating a beautiful experience that includes:
🌸 A guided walk
🌸 A floral “build together” moment
🌸 Simple reflection prompts to take home
🌸 A calm, welcoming space to just be together

As a mom myself, I know how easy it is to get caught in the day-to-day. This is a chance to pause and pour back into your relationship in a meaningful way.

We’re expecting about 200 moms and daughters, and I would truly love for you to be part of it.

This work is not easy, but to see families stick with it is beyond inspiration..

What do families complete within 6 months with us?

- 4 session intake process (month 1)
- 10 total video therapy sessions (bi-weekly)
- 15 homework assignments (sent between video sessions)
